is talk about a campaign that actually gets at the johns to talk to them about these are underage girls, this is not just sex, this is a crime. any sex with a girl under 18. and so i'm wondering whether or not you've been looking at, also, not only improving increasing the crimes against the people who are trafficking the girls, but also doing a public campaign sort of shaming people? be in our neighborhoods we've closed hotels down, but the neighbors are starting to take down the license plate numbers, and we're sending letters to the owners of these cars in these neighborhoods. we call it a dear john letter.
